A woman described as having the ‘world’s largest lips’ has released images of how she looked before elective procedures.

These days, people often gain fame through extreme, risky body changes.

One recent example is the TikTok man training only one side of his body.

Controversial creators perform well online, and many compare themselves to celebrity beauty standards.

But it was not a celebrity who motivated Andrea Ivanova.

The Bulgarian influencer is reported to have spent over $26,000 on lip fillers aiming to resemble a Bratz doll.

Over the past seven years, she underwent chin shaping, enlargement and lengthening, jaw shaping, cheekbone enhancement, and numerous lip injections.

‘I like exaggerated things like huge lips, a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up.

“I don’t like boring ordinary appearances and I am a fan of huge shapes and eccentric beauties. Natural beauty is boring to me so I decided to change my appearance radically.’

Despite cautions from medical professionals and difficulties in dating, the 27-year-old remains set on having the biggest lips and cheeks.

‘My doctor was afraid to inject more hyaluronic acid into my lips, but I was adamant that I wanted more, and I will not stop.

“I wanted to do six procedures at once. Until now, I always did these on different areas of the face on different days.’

She accepts discomfort as part of the process and plans to continue.

“I have pain all over my face right now and my jaw and chin hurt a lot.

“It’s hard for me to smile because of the pain in my cheekbones and there’s a pulling sensation over my face.”

Andrea has surprised many by publishing before-and-after photos, leaving viewers to form their own opinions.

She stresses she is an adult and that these changes make her happy.

Medical observers warn of possible risks, including necrosis, but she says no one should judge.

“You shouldn’t judge people for their looks. It’s their taste and no one has the right to be offended because of it.

“I think I’m going to carry on doing multiple injections in one day going forward, as it makes me very happy.”
